The single biggest benefit of using Vital Technology Solutions is having access to IT knowledge not available in-house. The more technical and complex IT issues are beyond the ability of in-house personnel. Hiring someone full time with this knowledge level would be cost prohibitive.

I feel Vital Technology Solutions is better than other IT services in their ability and willingness to tailor programs specific to our needs, not a canned solution.
